iOS 26.6 Update - App crashing
Resolved - 26.7.29 is live in the App Store for all users and error rates have corrected for iOS users

Monitoring - A fix has been approved by Apple and new version 26.7.29 will begin rolling out. If any urgent actions are needed, the web application has all feature/functionality that the iOS app has in the mean-time (including arm/disarm logic for alarm groups).

Identified - Mobile App Issues Following iOS 26.6 Update

We are investigating an issue affecting some users of our mobile application after updating their Apple devices to iOS 26.6.

An updated version of the application has been submitted to Apple for review.
Once Apple completes its standard review process and approves the update, it will be made available through the App Store.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an additional update when the new version is available for download.
