This incident has been resolved. Initial investigation shows a very small number of devices impacted for cloud recordings only isolated to Canadian Central region. Local recordings, live viewing, alarms and general platform operation remained fully operational in all regions, and cloud recordings in the United States do not appear to have been impacted.
